How to use: 

• Freeze clay pack for at least 4 hours before using
• Insert clay pack inside its cover to protect skin for comfortable cold therapy
• Apply on affected area for no longer than 20 minutes at a time

After Use:

• Wipe the clay pack clean with damp cloth and mild soap
• Wipe dry
• Return to plastic bag for storage or keep in refrigerator or freezer
