The ActiveWrap Hip Ice Wrap or Heat Wrap is perfect for hip arthritis, bursitis, tendonitis, or after hip surgery.

Sports medicine professionals agree that using ice after injury or surgery is the best course of treatment to control inflammation. Switching to heat after the acute inflammation is under control helps to increase blood flow and decrease muscle pain and joint stiffness. With the ActiveWrap Hip Wrap, you can have rapid access to either ice or heat in an easy to use, professional quality wrap.
Pair the ActiveWrap Hip Heat/Ice Compression Therapy Wrap with an extra large ActiveWrap Gel Pack Insert to be sure that the therapeutic ice or heat lasts as long as you need it.
This wrap is well ergonomically designed and very functional. The option to use two wraps fits just right.
It does get a large surface of the hip area and allows you to ice as you walk/stand but it is very awkward to get on. Once on it is fine.
Just as advertised. Easy to use and does exactly what I need it to.
The idea is good but the pouch that holds the ice pack is badly made. I had to sew the velcro back on, Also the strap that goes around your leg needs to be wider so it is not cutting in and cutting off circulation.
