When I placed my order I called and told the company that I needed an email telling me of the delivery date so that my dogs could be inside the house. I was assured an email always goes out. HOWEVER, reality is different from promises - I returned home from work to find my order shredded in the yard because my dogs were outside the house - I had NOT received an email notifying me of shipment - I had no tracking number - I didn't even know the carrier until afterward. When I notified the company they just claimed an email was sent - IT WAS NOT SENT - They made sure that I just 'ate' the cost of the destroyed products that I had ordered. I ordered the products to assist in upcoming knee replacement surgery recovery - all I have to show for the money spent are shredded products that cannot be used and a decreased bank account. I will NEVER shop with this company again. Where I live, very rural, I have delivered items all the time and this is the ONLY company that NEVER notified by email prior to shipment and then, of course, they did not care about their mistake and my loss. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
Ice Wraps has exactly the products I need for exercise with arthritic knees. Almost as important, the website is very clear, easy to use, and informative, and the delivery service quick and efficient. Prices are reasonable, too. A wonderful service.
I like it.
It is a good quality ice wrap, but when I wrap around my injured knee, the wrap is so large that I cannot get close to bending my knee and the ice reaches up to mid-thigh. I prefer the smaller size even though it does not stay cols as long.
I love the product however the straps were sewn poorly and they have unraveled. The straps also now do not stick. If it were produced better I would buy 2 more as initially it worked excellent. Can I send it in to be refurbished?
