I was not very happy with this item. I was told by a representative that the ice pack would last up to an hour. In reality, it barely lasted 30 minutes and the temperature was only 80 degrees with a humidity of only 25%. Very disappointing, so say the least. And to make matters worse, I bought 2 of them. Lastly, the strap that velcros around the neck is not comfortable whatsoever. It irritates the neck area. Can I get my money back?
They are too wide to make good contact with my neck.
Works great for icing the neck. Wish the ice pack was a little thicker so it would last longer. I get about a good half hour before the ice pack needs to be refreeze. I like that it is design just for the neck. I'm able to take it places.
Overall I'm glad I ordered this. I suffer from chronic migraines & I'm finding that an ice pack on my neck is more helpful than one on my head. My only real complaint w/ this one is height wise on my neck it's super stiff (because of the ice packs I'm sure) but this makes it feel more like a whiplash color than something that will mold to your neck more comfortably when you lay down.
